I placed 3 orders. 2 on weds night & 1 thurs morning. Yesterday I got a few bits from my weds order & a few from my thurs. My available to spend on next.co.uk has reduced so i think they'll send the stuff.

I logged on at 10am this morning and managed to fill a basket with kids clothes, then went to checkout and had to sign up to Next Directory as never been a member before. Now this came with an agreement to receive the £3.75 catalogue ASAP. My order was confirmed on the webpage and that was it. No email to date.

Am I going to get ripped off here that by the time they process my application they won't have held all the stuff I ordered even though it says will be delivered in 4-5 days (subject to payment confirmation)?

Is all I'm going to get a £3.75 book and none of my alleged order?

Or is that order safe, I can't even log into my account as I have no customer number to date.

If I am being conned I would have appreciated a warning online at some stage that by signing up my order will not be guaranteed. If this is the case can I cancel the catalogue and £3.75 charge?

Thanks to any Next online experts who can advise what is actually going to happen!!

As far as i'm aware they set up your account automatically and your order will be processed...

I really 100% dont think that you will get ripped off and not get your order!!

Although im no next expert xx

But my balance is saying `Available to spend £0.00 (whoops!)` so i assume everything is ok .. when i rang them on Wednesday they said my order had been passed to the warehouse for packing sooo ... wait and see on Monday is all we can do really xx

not had my weds night order yet either, but to be honest my courier isnt exactly mr speedy, when I place a normal order on next day delivery I end up getting it the day after that. My online account never shows upto date info either, my payments I make online through the bank show that they receive them yet the online balance is always 0, yet the statement they send through every month shows my credit limit has just been increased (again) and also how much I owe, (which wasnt alot until weds night lol).

I too had no red dots on my stuff from Basildon store in Essex, although some items had a pencil A10 written on the original tag. Couple of bits didnt have sale tags on either.
