I havent had any missing but some say to follow. whats missing from yours, does it say its there?
I had one item broken! it was three daisy vases which were individually wrapped in bubble wrap then in a box with loads of fragile tape on them... i thought this a bit odd but when i opened and looked one had a crack in the bottom and soon as i moveed it it broke! i think theyve been a returned item as ive NEVER seen anything with fragile tape on inside a bag from next
I need to complain as yet but ive been told im getting a phonecall next week from CS anyway re: being charged full price and a complaint i made about my order going through wrong, being told it was not there and then the appalling service i received on my last call...
.. if it wasnt for having lots of nice items i would still be annoyed now, lol!0 -

Went to three different stores this morning (only as they were on my route home from the city store 25 miles away!!). Not one store had put red dots on the tags- I wonder if lots of people have complained so they no longer do it??
Did anybody else notice the absence of red dots or was I just lucky?!
Bought 2 lovely mirrors- opened them up at home to discover they are both scratched. Grrr!
No need for dot dots anymore as they have changed their refund policy. In the past you could buy something prior to the sale ( obviously without the red dot ) then after the sale you could return without the receipt - and because no red dot you could still get a full refund.
Now it makes no difference - no receipt you only get a refund of the last price the item was.
I reacon they have cottoned on to the fact that people bought sale items online - no red dot - then returned and got a refund of full price - albeit in vouchers.

Do you mean you've had your order and not received something and there is no mention of it in any of the parcels - or do you mean you've received a delivery note detailing an item but you have not received it.
I have received my parcels but 2 items are missing although they are showing on my delivery notes. Rang and managed to get through to Next yesterday to inform them as I don't want to be charged for 2 items not received. They said the first - a man's watch - is on delay ( thanks for telling me ) and the second a girl's bikini they have reordered and then will look into why I haven't received.
Trouble is - this is completely innocent and I def have not rec'd these items - but it happens every year. I hope they don't think I'm pulling a fast one. If I was going to do that I think I'd chooses something bigger than a 4 pound bikini - especially as my order was over 400 !!!!!!! But last time I got a snotty standard letter asking me if I def had not rec'd and to let them know the minute it turned up - which it never did!0 -

I have NEVER had anything go missing via delivery man and I return LOADS!!!
Cuts out the hassell of taking it in store and getting 'fed up' looks from the sales assistants!!!!0 -

Forgot to add - the delivery people get paid by Next for deliveries and collections ( we don't pay for collections - although this may be why Next charge 3.75 delivery - to cover any collections they may have to do!!!???!!! ) in fact they used to get paid per parcel and not just per collection although not sure if that still stands.
In view of this I always try to return my items in as many parcels as I can - so she gets paid more!!!!0 -
just been back online and there is loads more stuff been added, and got fee delivery using the L9014.0
