Right, spoke to Next.

They're saying it's a "copy error" and they can sell it for £30 but not £20 that its being advertised as I was under the impression that if an item is advertised at x pounds then they have to honour that or remove from sale for 24hrs.... is this correct?

Hello, I'm being a bit dumb and hope someone can help. with the links posted on the other page to get you into the particular time slots it's also requesting a password - is this unique to each user invited into the time slot or is there a universal one someone may be able to let me have?

U dont need the password, put anything u want, it will then say 'not for u invited ppl only' blah blah blah. Then click 'my account' at the bottom of the page, it should show u ur a/c summary, then click quickshop & enter the sale item codes u want. they should come up as sale price. some ppl have changed the last 3 code digits to GV5 to get the sale price but i didnt need to.

didnt recognise the actual number but when i added GV8 the normal price came up. any ideas?

Hmm, very strange. I opened the next sale website in a diff window & copied & pasted the codes from there. it all worked fine.
