Use the link for the correct time you are trying to place your order, but make sure you also have a normal next page open and that you are logged in to that one before you go into the VIP page.

Then you have to use quickshop, just shopping by item numbers from the sales guide

I placed an order on Wednesday and available balance has decreased accordinglig but there's no balance showing, do you think that they are going to cancel this order or is this normal.

this was the first time i'd used my account so not sure what to expect.

Had email confirmation of the order saying it would be delivered in 4-5 working days

i cant get this to work and have no idea why ive tried three different links at times and still showing as full price.

The item I was after tonight is coming up £60.00 - not in the sale. Even on the online sale listing it states full price £44.99, Sale price £20.00 :mad:

Did you have a normal Next page open and logged in, then open another window with the correct VIP time slot for the time you were trying, as what should happen is when you go into either my account on the VIP page or log in with no password it should just take you to firstly to your account summary screen and then you need to input the item numbers in quickshop. this is what I did and it worked although it did take me a while to suss out.
