What happened with me was as soon as I ordered my credit limit reduced by the amount of my order, I had ordered £130 of stuff, checked the next day and my cridt limit was only reduced by£60 , I received £60 of the stuff this morning, so checked credit limit again today and it has reverted back to the £130 off it . so I rang them, the rest of my order is due but was being sent out in 2 batches hence the differences on my credit limit over the 2 days, hope this makes sense

im not actually uing quick shop - try just putting the first 6 digits of the item codee in to the top search button at the top - it then shows the item at full price but wen it goes to basket its at sale price.

Hi, I've had the same problem with items coming up full price. A friend of mine told me to delete all my temp internet folders and cookies, as soon as I did I re did my order and the items came up with the sale prices. I also used the exact item number as in sale preview, not with gv5 etc:

I think other people have phoned & they didnt even have a time slot. I dont think customer services can tell if u had one or not.....
