has anyone who has gone through the vip links had probs with it been full price?

I made my first order through my vip slot but over the phone and it come up full price so i have to contact themm next week to get it fixed.

When my order has been delivered i realised ive missed some things and want to try through one of the vip links today but bothered incase when i ring about original order they ask how i placed another before saturday??

anyone help please.

hi every1 i am new to this, can you order anything from the catalouge and just change the last 3 digits to get them at sale price? also does any1 have a later slot as i start work at 3.30 and finish at 6.30 please please xx

My first order went through on my VIP slot, the second 2 I did was later on the same night with links through here. It was through one of my links that the items were charged full price. The woman I spoke to on the phone never questioned how many orders I'd placed etc. The must be recieving calls all the time about it. My guess is they don't have time to query how you've manged to order. They said they would normally make adjustments manually but because there are thousands its happened to all statements will show correct sale price.

its only stuff that is in the sale, if you change the digits & it comes up as invalid, then the item wasnt in the sale

when u go in do u have to use quickshop or can you see sale list through normal site?

you can look at the list of sale items www.next.co.uk/sale
but as far as i know you have to copy the numbers into quickshop

I ordered loads of stuff (including a bed) on Tuesday night using the G25 code and it all came today- I'm being charged full price for everything. I can't even phone up and get mardy about it as I wasn't given a VIP slot!

Everything has been returned and the bed has been cancelled, it's probably for the best as I promised myself no more spending on credit anyway! :rotfl:
