can anyone help me....

i placed one order on wednesday night and one further on thursday morning (only small ones) and i havent received either yet - i know it says 4-5 delivery but im worried now they're not coming at all. I received confirmation emails for both of them straight away and i ordered online as opposed to the phone.
Am i worrying about nothing?

Apparantly there are thousands of orders the same as this and they are all being honoured and changed at invoice point.

Have ordered from Next sales many times in the past and have had to sometimes wait a month for some of my order to come through - just make sure you keep all your delivery notes and check them off as they arrive.

Hello, I really wouldn't worry if it said 4-5 days and you received a confirmation email. You could always ring them to put yur mind at ease but imo, you have no reason to worry.

Darn Next and their silly sizing!

Just had the first part of my order delivered and there are lots of things for next summer for my 2 year old. She will be 3 next summer so I ordered age 4-5 to be on the safe side. Most of it is too small to fit her now, let alone next year! So cross as there is nothing left now so I can't even swap for the right size. Gah!

Oh well, will head to my local clearance store next week in the hope that there have been a lot of returns
