It's a precaution melly. Ruling things out as much as ruling them in. One step at a time. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I had that a few years ago, and a more intrusive test in a few weeks (I'll avoid the details as they are abit  ). The problem they found was very minor in the end and an adjustment to my diet to include more fibre has seen no recurrence.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
Hope you are OK Ono. I know you have had issues getting a diagnosis.

Remembering the classic "I've got a lump on my testicle" conversation I had with one of the lads while I was driving him somewhere!
The conclusion was that it was probably nothing serious, but even if it was serious, the sooner it was looked at, the less serious it would be in the long run.
So bear that in mind Melly!

Will the HA not agree a payment plan melly? Considering their remit they d not been the most helpful, have they.
Gitdog is being annoying. Might be because I'm tired and he's poorly, but I could do without him velcroed to my legs.

Did you get touch with the HA when you lost your job Melly? Letting them know you would have a problem until benefits are sorted means they have to follow pre-action protocol to try to arrange an affordable repayment plan for arrears.
Have they sent you a court order or just a warning letter? It seems to have happened very quickly. Between illness and job losses you have mitigating circumstances to apply for time to pay. I remember your Dr giving you a 1 month fit note and other shorter ones so you can prove you were unable to work. Something worth mentioning is paying rent on both the flat and the bungalow I think for 2 months while they messed things up.
I hope you have contacted any utilities etc to explain you're waiting for the outcome of the benefit claim. .It's easy for charges to rack up if you don't keep them informed.
Hope your not in pain now only a few days and the scan will be over.
Take care
