I hope everyone has had a good day.
OH has hurt himself wrapping pressies and is now in bed, i am cookibg the turkey anyway if needs be he can have sarnies its his favourite bit any way lol.

Not opened everything yet but love what i have got.
Dogs have had fun, the teddies have been disemboweled and some balls have been shredded.
I am about to shower using my new bits and bobs, put on my new pj's and drink some pomegranate and rose gin.

Ps the cats got a tunnel and a laset toy both of which are the most fun kitties can have, will get some vids over the next couple of days, pick in particular is in love with her tunnel

We had a Christmas dinner bubble and squeak as OH slept Christmas day.
His lungs are infected AGAIN got a docs appointment shortly though so hopefully sort that out.
I am gonna dye my hair etc so I start the new year clean and not grey lol

Just been having a catch up . Melly love it looks as though you're working a lot of hours on top of caring for your husband and the furries . Please try to cut yourself a bit of slack before you burnout .


I know this is how you try to keep control of everything but you need to look after you in order to look after the others .


Hope your husband has something by now to help with the lung infection . Wishing you a less stressful and exhausting year ahead and better days to come .

Another 3 weeks of 60 hour weeks I think Poll then day shifts
I am just having food before I go back to work
I appear to have melted a fork in the oven lol

60 hour weeks???
Even doing night shifts can't you cut it down to a more normal 40 hour week - working time directive and all that. (You're a health and safety bod - you know this!)

Yesterday was Gitdog's official birthday for insurance purposes. I am a bad dog parent as he spent it in kennels so I could gallivant.
