Full disclosure

I am bricking it about tomorrow
Eating has stalled
Sleep is pretty bad and I almost missed my driving lesson, luckily my instructor didn't let me (think he knew I was panicking so was going to hide away)

I am lying down with toddlers who are being good the teenagers have eaten and are all out looking for things to fight.

Panic about tomorrow is normal. You've been out of the job market for a little while and are dipping your toe back in to see how it goes, that's all. You are not committing yourself to anything and you are finding out about them as much as they are about you.
It might feel like there's lots riding on it but that's because you had a rubbish time before. Which was down to the situation and the company, not you as an individual.
Remind yourself of all the positive interviews you've had in the past, and put yourself back into the mind frame of the competent individual you were and are.


(Just for info, I got turned down from several telephone interviews when I was job hunting, roles I could have done with my eyes closed. Sometimes they're a fishing expedition to get the cheapest person, not necessarily the best.)

The bricking it is I have my first assessment with the ed unit tomorrow more telling someone I don't know stuff.

Work wise I haven't contacted them yet, I may email tomorrow if I'm up to suggesting anything.
