Are you able to go to A&E Melly? How are you feeling now? Any more dizzy spells?

I have just seen this. I strongly suggest that you ring 111 NOW and take their advice.

I am not medically qualified. However the sooner you get treatment the better the outcome. You may have already had a small stroke (not TIA) with the increased weakness on the left side.

My father had his first serious stroke in July 1990 when it was touch and go if he would survive. He has since ambled through the last twenty five years flirting with the ladies, drinking far too much and generally acting like a seventeen year old (and having further strokes). He was sorting out the church grounds the week before his last stroke, which has finally incapacitated him.

With care, the effects of a stroke can be managed. Father has had a very full life. However you really need to get quick treatment. I remember after his stroke in October 2013, when he refused to go to hospital, shouting that the stroke wouldn't kill him because I would murder him first. He would have been better if he got treatment a lot quicker.

Father is 83, nearly 84, and is spending his days dozing and flirting outrageously (but completely gentlemanlike) with all the staff in the care home. I don't think you are quite ready for that.

Please take this seriously. At the very worst you are getting a paper trail to support the house move. Or you could get medical support that will make things a lot better for you.

I'm trying not to be doom and gloom, but darn it to heck, I'm worried for you. I hope I am drastically over-reacting.

Mellymoo - if they keep you in hospital, it will be because you NEED to be in hospital! Hospitals do not find beds for people who do not need them!

Totally agree with thorsoak. They would not keep you in if there was no need, but if they did, it would be because that's where you need to be. You can't mess about with things like that, your health is very important. Please get checked out Melly.

I know both, worrying that the HA would attempt eviction (and they would) won't help either.

I think it's migraine related if it gets worse I will call 999 and go.

I know I'm being stupid can't help it.

Melly, I know being stuck in hospital is horrible and even worse with all this going on, but you really should go and get checked out.

The HA can't evict you unless they have a court order to do so, and that would take months if they haven't sent you a s21 or s8 already, so don't worry about that.

Please go, we're really worried about you.

No I nipped it in the bud involving MP and Shelter straight away.

It's the fact that they will as soon as I miss a week then OH will spiral and I will be back where I was end of April (having to hide medication, worrying that I would come home to him dead) this is obviously not helping the stress levels.

I am an idiot. I'm going to brave the shower now.

Mr T update today we have refused all food and just had a temper tantrum because I won't let him out lol.
