They forwarded me an email chain a couple of years ago where I was called 'she' so I think there will be leverage in there.

That's tomorrow's job along with hospital again as my arm and leg are still weak.

Meri has your son involved Shelter and his local MP? It's worth doing if he hasn't

SAR done. Emailed over with the SAR compliance thing lol

So the housing know I am aware they have 40 days to comply and can request via email.

Upstairs had put their bins next to my bedroom windows? So picture taken and bins moved (bit difficult with the one arm)

Thanks melly - but we are going the housing ombudsman (different title here in wales but same thing) route. He may still involve MP and Shelter Cymru.

We are also going down the ombudsman route via shelter.

Upstairs put their bins right next to my bedroom windows OH thinks their being spiteful I think their thick and it genuinely doesn't occur to them that just as they don't want the bins outside their front door, we won't want them outside our bloody bedroom.

Had my driving lesson today (instructor knew about the tia and weakness in arm so was prepared) I went down a dual carriageway from a huge scary roundabout. I have only had 6 lessons and they have been spread out OH is impressed.

Spent the rest of the day asleep. I really need to get back to the hospital but figured sleeping probably as valuable.

About to have Mr T time.
    I love that cat

Now cat food. Any idea how I can take it down to under the £8 per week it currently is?

Not fussed about the litter (he seems to like using a tray so that stays)

    So
As the HA allegedly spoke to upstairs why has it got louder?
Just had a game of football as I have just got OH asleep (backs bad today) and I am not feeling he best today (bloody arm and short term memory)

It has got louder BECAUSE HA have spoken to them melly. they think because HA aren't there and cant hear them they can do what they like. Put in another complaint ASAP. I think HAs should have the equivalent of the councils environment health 'noise and nuisance' person. because its hell when you have to live with that.
Have you spoken to the councils environmental health person? could they help?
