Feeling a bit *meh*
My friend, who was assaulted last year has heard the man in question has been sentenced today to a community order and 5yrs on the s3x 0ffenders register. He pleaded guilty, and all things considered it's the right outcome but feels very uncomfortable all the same.
Then it would seem DH cousin who has the big C has been sent home from hospital now and possibly only has a few daysI've just called MIL and offered to bring the kids back home but she says they won't be going anyway, the family want their privacy, which she fully appreciates from when we were going through all that
Think I'll just have a soak in the bath and go to bedBossymoo

Bossy... much love to all your family.. I hope DH's cousins passing is peaceful.. it must be so absolutely awful for everyone xx
Well today has been horrific.. on a scale of 1:10 we have hit about 85
KH refused to bring the girls back last night as arranged so I went and got them this morning.. and dumped the treadle sewing machine at his on the way.. fair swap lol.
Then we had to go sign DS1's tenancy agreement.. he had not even seen the house and is now pi$$ing and whining about it.. if he was that bothered he should have looked! It's a nice little house but not a fabulous area but that doesn't matter really so long as they are out of their hovel! His OH sent us to the wrong place first off and hadn't brought the right paperwork.
DS1's OH then left and left Fabian here.. I didn't know they had gone until he was crying for her and we couldn't find her.
DS1 is now badgering me about gas suppliers etc.
DD3's glasses taken in for repair.. again..
DD2 was not behaving like herself so I demanded she POAS.. looks like I have another potential new grandbaby on the way.. .. and she might actually be about 11 weeks! Her cycles are normally all over the place, so we aren't sure.
My nail appointment was running 45 minutes behind.
Dot has CP, Pixie has a new tooth and I have a migraine which will be taking me to bed unless I eat quickly and the drugs start working.. my left eye isn't working and I feel really sick..
And someone spilled something on my chair so my bum is wet...
I think I'm done moaning now..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Bossy hugs sweetie, I was just thinking earlier that it has been a miserable day in the news on the radio, life is just too tough for some.
I'm still working on my last big report but struggling a bit now so think I'll go and get DS3 ready for bed and see if we have a new book to start as we finished the other one last nigh. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Oh my!
Sounds like its one of those days all round.
Thanks for the hugs, ladies. I just wish I could do something. But there is nothing. This train has to keep chugging even if the station it's heading for no-one wants to go toI'm trying not to let to take me back to *that* place. So far so good. I've had a nice bath and chucked some winter clothes in a big storage bag for the loft (£1.79, h0me b@rgains!).
I have a pile of stuff on the landing from the kids rooms that can go to CS. I'll take them in the morning.
I've filed my nails and put cuticle oil on. I've used my lovely aloe vera lotion I bought on hol. And I've made myself a decaf :coffee: I'm hoping while the kids are away I will get a good sleep.Bossymoo
