Another update.
IT SEAMS TO HAVE WORKED. I RE-ENTERED MY PASSWORDS AND IT WORKED.
I am now just hoping that it will still work when I put the firewalls back on.Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.

If it drops again try enabling NetBios over TCP/IP.

Once you are happy all your settings work, do a manual System Restore Point on both machines.

Well all seams to be working ok now. Done a restart on both machines with firewalls back on and I can still get access.
I am a happy bunny.
Thanks for all the help I have got from on here with my last couple of posts in particular.Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.
