Dual Sim adapter with no sim-cutting required (for SPV C500)

Hi,
I'm looking for a dual sim card adapter for an Orange SPV C500 smartphone (I've already unlocked it). The only thing is, I don't want to take the risk of cutting up the sim cards to fit the adapter - my main sim is an old Orange Outhere card which is still giving me 5 free texts per day for life, which I'll lose if/when the sim dies. Since the Outhere card's still saving me £260+ a year from the original £10 I spent on it I'd rather it didn't die just yet!
From the little bit of research I've done, the other type of dual sim adapter seems to involve one of the 2 sims fitting between the battery and the back cover - can anyone confirm whether one of these is compatible with the SPV C500? There seems to be just about enough room for a sim to fit in but I don't know how bulky the adapters are. If there's one type which is confirmed to fit the phone then that'd be ideal!
