    How many items have you entered this month? As you only get the points for the first 20 items each month BUT they still want to know everything you buy after that.

    The 5000 bonus points have been awarded to people who were members with them when it was their Birthday. I dont think they will be offering it to people who have just signed up.

    Without knowing too much I would think this may be because you have maxed out your points for the month. It will reset so don't worry.

    You can see the panel check on the sign in page underneath the enter your shopping tab.

    its reset at the begining of each month

    dont forget that you get 500 points for each checkout that you do on the monday of each week

    Is the consumerpulse website work at the moment for anyone, because i have not been able to access it since last night and am worried that my ip address might have been banned.

    my main ip address is banned, i signed up for 3 accounts using the link i gave people, 2 of which didnt get closed 1 for me and 1 for my brother,

    now that so many people used the link even those 2 of accounts got closed down, im so gutted because i never ordered any vouchers because i wanted to save up till 20,000 to get 2x £10 vouchers.
