Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me? I'm new to consumer pulse...

I was trying to enter the details of a CD I bought earlier but whenever I try and fill in the 'what shop did you buy it in?' box I can't enter anything. If I search for a letter or shop name it doesn't find anything, the same applies if I click on the letter or click on the 'other' text. Is it just me doing something wrong or is anyone else having this problem?

Mined was closed also - wouldn't mind but I spent about an hour last night entering my shopping. Have mailed them to complain!!!! Worth a try anyhow! We will probably be blacklisted now!

thanks for the link and it`s not your fault so don`t worry as you were only trying to help. my account was closed too, i emailed them to find out why it was closed and this is the reply i got today

The reason that your account has been closed, is that the link your 'friend' invited you with was not issued by TNS. Therefore, you obtained entry to the panel illegitimately, and as soon as our security realised this, your account was closed.
