i think it's a different company that deals with their vouchers... im with ac nielsen for scanning too, they use the other company too

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems with their points being credited into the rewards section?

It started last monday when I put in some items id bought for my weekly 500 point shopping bonus. Then on Tuesday I checked the rewards section to order a voucher but the points hadnt been credited. They still havnt been credited one week on. I put in my items today for my weekly shopping bonus so I can only hope they credit tomorrow. I've got 10750 on the main page but just 9750 in the rewards section, so I cant order my next voucher

I've contacted them twice but no reply. What should I do?

yes mine has been the same since last Monday too, well I've been checking the rewards section daily since, but it just isn't updating.
I've emailed them but haven't had a reply either.
I'm hoping it will get updated after this weeks shopping was entered this morning.

Hi, mine tracked instantly (last week and this) Can I ask if you have already recorded 20 purchases this month as that is the maximum that you will receive points for (although you should still get your 500 pints for recording your weekly shop).

Yes I am getting my points (like weekly shop ones) and they are being displayed on the main page, but when I click on Rewards to order a voucher my points arn't showing up (after 1 week of checking)

Hope they come up tomorrow, with christmas coming I really need those vouchers :S

This is a technical problem that keeps happening, it happenend to me a few weeks ago, they fixed it and emailed me, but now it has happenend again !!

I had 10250 on my home page but only 9750 in my rewards section last monday, too. I emailed them and they did say they were having technical problems. That was on Wednesday. Yesterday added another 500pts to my homepage and those points have been added to my rewards today but still none of the missing 500 pts from last week. Will have to email them again.

My sons account has been totally unaffected and all his points going straight onto his rewards account the following day all through last week.

My problem is the same too, I have 10250 in my account and only 9750 in rewards it was 9250 yesterday but 500 added on today but there's still 500 missing, have emailed them but no reply yet.
My son's account is fine too.

I had this problem last month and when the month changed I was able to order my voucher. Try again on Sunday 1st.
