I've reached enough points to order my first voucher and am experiencing problems too. I emailed them to say that even though I've got 10500 points, the rewards page says I only have 2000. They got back to me to say they've checked my account and that I do have enough points to order a voucher. I know that, but the rewards page won't let me!!

Hopefully this will be sorted soon. It's been very easy getting to my first voucher so I should'nt complain really! Patience is a virtue....... that I don't seem to have

I couldn't order vouchers through the website as the pop up kept freezing. I phoned their freephone helpline and ordered over the phone. :)

i ordered vouchers a while back at beginning of october but haven't heard anything yet. anyone else in same boat?
  • Hi guys. Simple question for those who've received vouchers already: are they gift vouchers like the ones you'd purchase in the store? Are they only valid for so long once you order them?

    Many thanks

I got my first voucher yesterday, Argos. It's not exactly a normal gift card, more a piece of card with argos on the front! I'm actually quite worried about using it as the only ones ive ever seen are plastic! Cant see a expiry date on it

No need to worry about the card voucher, they're all made from card now.

I ordered two WH Smiths vouchers, and they were paper vouchers in £10 lots. I took them in to WHSmiths and only ended up buying a magazine for about £2, and the girl took them both off me and popped them onto a plastic gift card for me. I don't think they had an expiry date on them in the first place, and once they were on the gift card I don't think they do (you should be able to check that on their website/in store). It's better to get them popped onto a card IMHO as it's a bit harder wearing than a little bit of paper, and less likely to get damaged (although mine got spent quite quickly in the end anyway lol). I haven't had any others though, sorry.

    Hope that helps

Ooh, just ordered £30 worth of vouchers. Does anyone know what the expiry life is for the house of fraser vouchers?

(hope that makes sense - shouldn't drink!)
