Is anyone else having problems ordering vouchers, I have had 16000 points for over a week, on the home page it says 16000, but when I click on rewards it says balance is 3000 and won't let meorder because I need 10000 points ??

Same problem here love. I have 17500 points on the main screen and only 2500 on the rewards one. What's that all about? I might give them a call tomorrow.

Glad its not just me, i was just coming in to ask how to transfer my points from the main page to my rewards section!
I have enough for a voucher but its only showing as 1500 in the reward section :-(

i got over the voucher threshold last night, showed in rewards section this morning and have just managed to order voucher ok

i finallysigned up to this to have my account cancelled, when asked why they said too many people with my criteria aremembers and they are cutting it back. Im not happy!

They sent an email out a few weeks ago saying they were having technical problems with points transferring, IIRC some kind soul posted it earlier in the thread if you want to have a squiz. I know that some people on here have reported that it has been fixed for their accounts but obviously it's not working properly for a lot of people still, myself included. They are, in my experience, really quick at reply to emails if you want to check with them but when I did the other week they said they were stil working on it. I hope they hurry though, I'm itching to get my £20 worth of vouchers but I only have 8500 showing on my rewards page
