Ovivo : Any one got a copy of the T&Cs ?
Just going through the chargeback process with Capital One a bit like pulling teeth. First they asked for the original reciept (fair enough) but then wanted screen shots of any email communications.
Now they want the original contract / terms and conditions. I didnt save these and now the website has gone offline. Would be appreciated if anyone else had more sense than I did, and actually saved them!
