I've been Money Tipped! Chutzpah Haggler
We we have stayed on a couple of the haven parks in north wales through a sun holiday over the last couple of years, hafan y mor and green acres, I must admit to preferring green acres as you get a decent caravan, at hafan y mor you get a cell block! Having said that, yes they're old but we just use them as a base, somewhere to sleep whilst we head off into snowdonia walking and exploring. We only get the entertainment passes for the kids and not for us take our own linen and pay for the electric which you obviously can't avoid.

We spend little time on the park really as we go out so much so when you look at it like that it costs us around £70 for 3-4 nights for the four of us which is cheap. I wouldn't use these parks as somewhere to spend all day as I think I'd get depressed to be honest but as a base to use then they're ok

I tend to avoid uk sites like Haven etc as they tend to be chav magnets. There's a reason why these holidays are promoted by papers like the sun.
Point taken but if you have either not a lot of money or debt or a need to save then £9.50 can give you a break, and if you don't expect much then it's not such a bad deal.

Not that many people spend a lot of time in their room when on holiday.
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted:)
    I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p
