Hi,
Iv a similar situation as already described, was held up during a photoshoot at mothercare on the retail park and stayed longer than should of. My point is i was actually at the retail park the whole time.
Can i send the same letter to dispute?
I am unsure of point number 2. the signage does not conform to the BPA CoP to which G24 has committed.... how do i know this??
The retail parks need to be careful as this will put people off shopping there.
Please can someone help me....
Thank you0 -

You've posted on someone else's thread - and it's a really old one from April as well! Use the FORUM JUMP on the right here and click GO, to get to page one. Then read the Newbies thread near the top which explains ALL and tells you what to send.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Emphasis is mine:This probably explains the confusion:

"We offer 3 hours free parking for customers in the main car park, and 2 hours free parking for customers in the small car park".
Maybe a chat with security at Hobbycraft will solve your problem:
"The duration of free car parking can be extended for shoppers by speaking to a member of the security staff on site or visiting the security office adjacent to Hobbycraft"- I haven't seen security staff on the site very often.
- I haven't see this security office that's mentioned, unless it's in the yard area behind Hobbycraft.
