    I'm sorry of this is a stupid question but did you speak to your son from an early age, while you were bf or changing nappies etc? What was/is his reaction? Did he watch your lips move and try to respond?

    My daughter was two when she first spoke. Her first word was 'Bob' off Bob the Builder! She's a very intelligent 15 year old now.!

    Just a thought. How is his vision?
    You mentioned:
