3 Mobile
Back in nov 06 i signed up for 3 mobile but ever since then i have nothing but problems with the phone with the coverage and with the lack of customer services.
5 people including a manager at the 3 shop and a manager on the customer services call centre have all told me the coverage in my area is very poor. When i bought the phone the guy said i had very good coverage i have since found out he has been sacked for miss selling.
How ever even though all this people have agreed i hav been miss sold my product they will no accept it and let me leave with paying the rest of my line rental for the next 7 months.
Do i
A- seek legal advice
B- cancel my d/d wait for them to start court proceedings and defend in court?
C- just deal with it

try emailing their executive office and relate your situation to them and mentioning the mis-selling bits as well
they're very helpful and probably wield more admin authority over the front-office CS types on 333
