As many Orange user know their website has been off and on over the last few weeks.
HERE IS THE ISSUE THEY HAD/ Still Have ? INCORRECT BILLING.
Anyone who has unlimited calls or a talkplan time and are still under the allowed usage CHECK YOU BILL NOW BEFORE IT IS DUE.
You may see on the next bill due for ALL CALLS MADE /DATA USAGE between the 10th and 14th April call charges have been charged for this period. EVEN THOU YOU ARE STILL IN TIME /GB USAGE ALLOWANCE.
The dates above affected our account, but you need to check all dates. Before the dates our bill shows all 0 cost calls and data. THEN MASSIVE COST for 4 days - Then back to 0 calls and data usage as it should be within our plan.
As business users, we use a lot of data, and the cost for what they say we used in the 4 day period is horrendous as they have charged it as "OVER PLAN USAGE" even thou our account shows we have tons of time / data allowance left.
Here is the REPLY I HAVE HAD FROM THEIR BILLING DEPT, after my horror at looking at our business use halfway through our billing period.

I can confirm that I can see that there is an issue that we need to look at. I have forwarded this to my manager for our Billing Integrity team to look and I will let you know as soon as I am able after the (Date xxxx). Please cancel your direct debit and email me once you have seen your bill and we can sort out the payment.

We have a number of users on our business plan, if I had not checked our staff members usage before our billing period had ended, It was heading that Orange would have taken "£hundreds if not thousands£" of pounds out of our account by direct debit. So as you will see they advised me to contact my bank and stop the DD. (which I have)
So if any of you use a set time talk / data plan CHECK YOUR BILL NOW. Call them, and tell them you will cancel the DD before they take the £££ which may take forever to get back!!! Even if you pay by some other method, check your bill before it is due, as it will be hassle trying to sort it out afterwards.
