TV cash payment site broken!

We pay for our licence online using their online website - however the website no longer loads or seems to exist - so now through no fault of my own I am behind with it and I cannot pay with the card as that has been lost - the only phone number is an 0843 one & I think I will be charged a large amount to try & pay that way. Anyone else in same situation or have a remedy?
