Looking for a new mascara...

Options
I have very sparse, short eyelashes & am looking for a mascara that won't clump them togther. Also, as they are short and sparse I tend to find that the mascara slips through the lashes and I end up with it on my lids.

Don't wanna pay top dollar, just would rather have some recommendations than end up buying loads of brands which are no good :)

I'm currently trying out the Loreal lash boosting serum, so would only need to use the mascara part I think.

The white (non mascara end) doesn't contain lash boosting serum, its white stuff that undercoats the lashes to look longer & thicker.

Boujouis clubbing mascara is what my nieces use and they are make up mad. Only about £6 from Superdrug.

It's annoying isn't it. I think it happens to me because I have very sparse lashes with gaps. Also because I have sparse lashes, the mascara tends to be harder to apply (or at least it is the case with me).
  • Devil have you tried rapid lash? It's one of my staples now.

Ask for mascara samples. I got one yesterday from the smash box counter..it's nice.
  • I would recommend Loreal Telescopic, lovely thin brush which is easy to handle and its easy to remove so no dragging on lashes or skin. Amazing lengthening properties and if you apply 2/3 coats (don't let it dry between coats) it thickens too. I use this everyday in conjunction with Miss Manga and an eyelash curler.

Its a base coat that lengthens & thickens the eyelashes. But doesn't make the eyelashes stick together like multiple coats of mascara tend too.
