Hey all,
Is anyone aware if its possible to move my contract number with 'Three' network to pay as you go on 'Three' with an outstanding balance?

Yes but you need to pay the outstanding balance obviously.0 -

Ofcom say that provider cannot refuse issuing PAC only because you owe them: Can my mobile provider refuse to give me a PAC?Yes but you need to pay the outstanding balance obviously.
So, generally it's possible if done in two steps via another network.0
