Exchanged But Nervous

Thought I'd add some positve information to grab hold off , I contacted mortgage advisor and she's worked 15 years for halifax and never known an offer being withdrawn after exchange !!! So I'm clinging to that think she thought I was mental haha x she also told me to stop googling lol x

Everyone I have met has said the 'googling is doing me no favours' ... we complete tomorrow .. in 24 hours I should be in my new house.. using my phone for internet!!!

I didn't manage of exchange today, the sellers solicitors weren't quite ready still looking to complete on the 29th though. I hope exchange is done first thing tomorrow.

We have about 40 hours left!!! Should have the keys and be playing in our new house on Thursday. Time is going so slowly though!!!!

Met with solicitors today, everything discussed and signed, it is go for exchange solicitor says will happen by Friday at latest :j

He also said that in 24 years practice he has only had one case fail to go ahead after exchange and that was a cash buyer who went bankrupt. So he said we should be home and dry once exchange happens, unless one of us dies in the interim....
