Carphone warehouse- better deal in shop or online?

Looking to get my husband a Samsung S3 mini on T Mobile. Are we likely to get a better deal going into a store or will they only offer as good as a deal that is on the website.
Sticking with car phone warehouse and not other online shops due yo ease if being able to go into a shop to sort out any problems.

Most stores have special web offers from time to time .
But you cannot negotiate with a web page.

I would have both options in mind. As a 'general' rule, prices are cheaper online. Also there will be 'web only' offers which can give excellent deals on a specific handset/price plan option which you probably wont find cheaper anywhere. BUT.. as JJ Egan already stated you can often negotiate a pretty good deal in store. Especially if you already know what you want and the other price options.

yes, i've done that with carphone warehouse before - gone online, checked the deal i want, and then gone into the store to see if they have the same deal - a lot of the time they do when they check their system, even if its not advertised in the store.

Worth a shot I'd say - but I wouldn't expect the store to beat their online offers .
