When did the sainsburys account become competitive? Have they got a good record of long term top rates? If so I may open one. Its an alternative to ICICI. I don't like the ICICI statements - they make it very hard to see if they have added the right amount of interest.0

I phoned Sainsbury's Bank . The bod didn't know the answer regarding the FSCS guarantee so transferred me to someone who didn't know , who went away to ask , and then I was cut off . So I've sent the question via the contact form .
Barings was going from 1762 to 1995 until it was brought down by one person . With all this CDO , sub-prime Bear Stearns news I want to be as covered as possible .
So, did you get an answer to this one.
I am also worried._pale_0
