Got the 10 meg at £35 a month, got my email bill this morning and its gone up to £37. Anyone else noticed the same thing?

Well I cant be bothered to check their website, but I've encountered a similar thing with orange. Check if they are charging you for:
1. A paper bill, or
2. Not paying by direct debit.
