I have also had problems with buy as you view. From the start at some point in the first year of having my tv me and my ex split up well anyway one day when he left he cut the box off and stole the money. There was only about 90 something pound in there. As i had started paying via direct debit. I told them what had happened and they said there is nothing they can do i will have to pay that and that i will now be in arrears because of it.so i left it as that and carried on paying as normal. Then recenly my tv has had problems with sound so i rang up to book for it to be fixed. On the day i got the tv off the unit and had to put it on the floor for a second to open the baby gate so i could take it jn kitchen ready for them collecting but my baby went straight up to it and knocked it over which caused it to smash the screen inside. I explained to them what happened when they got here. They took the tv away. I also have eps and all soreted insurance on it which i pay for. About a month later i rang them which was last week. They said my tv was ready to come back to me but its still broken. I said i had eps and all sorted he said the eps ran out in January but i was not made aware of this or would have carried it on till the end of my contract. So they he said i needed to ring someone else which i have done and she said the eps got cancelled in may which is different to what the man said and she said it was cancelled because of my arrears as they didnt want me to fall into more arrears even though i pay 15 pound weekly and only owe about 7 odd pound now? Surley they cant do this? I should have been told about it. Its just funny how they apparently cancelled it around the same time my tv got took in. So now im left to carry on paying and dont get no tv? I have got a loan tv which they left when they took mine but its a lot smaller and they are fetching it back? Surely they cant do this. Can anybody help? I have told them today that i am cancelling direct debit and they not getting another penny off me and i am not letting it lie i will be taking it further. Thanks in advance

Your post barely makes any sense.

    Try putting it in paragraphs.

What is it you're actually asking?
"Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."

This is what irritates me about the MSE forumites. I don't think there is any need to be so brusque. People explain their situation as best they know how. Perhaps try offering advice on the substance of the message not the manner of delivery.
I might be broke but happy but I'd happily not be broke!

The manner of delivery means that the substance of the message isn't always clear.
