Mammaries Aloft with ASDA Mobile

ASDA Mobile changed providers to EE, since then I have not been able to use my pay-as-you-go ASDA Mobile phone. I can't even get at the main menu to top it up. The whole process has been a bunfight from start to finish. I can receive calls and messages but I can't top up, ring out, or reply to messages. This is my principal method of contact when I am at work. Anyone else taking part in this grief-fest?

Just vote with your feet instead of trying to top up?

Get your PAC from them on 0800 9520393 and vote with your feet.

Sainsbury's mobile or 3 seem to the best at the moment.
Both will send you a free sim or get one from shops for £1.

It's worth adding that Sainsbury's use Vodafone network and that '3' require a 3g capable handset (most basic handsets aren't).

Sounds like there is no credit, but you shoudl be able to get to the top up line.

Have you tried to contact them by any other methods such as email?
