An appeal is being considered in the Cambs case, not unlikely nor prohibitively expensive either.

  • Excellent news, if a fund is set up to assist with costs, I'm definitely happy to support.
  • Ok, still heard absolutely nothing from PE since I sent appeal above. Am I likely to now or can I effectively write this off?

I would write and say you now consider the matter closed and will complain to the BPA if they should attempt to resurrect it after not engaging in any correspondence for such a long period and not even acknowledging your reply (attached, for completeness). Leaving the motoring public hanging without knowing what the position is, after replying in detail to a wholly unwarranted threat of court, is hardly a shining example of 'driving up standards' in the private parking industry and nor is their litigious notoriety and bullying tactics of customers doing their retail (soon-to-be-ex)clients any favours.

You could finish by saying if they have not closed the case then the only reasonable way forward would be to issue a POPLA code since your detailed reply to the LBCCC was certainly something which can be taken to be a challenge and representation against the PCN.
