You need to give us far more information than this, otherwise we are just guessing at answers.

Only courts can 'fine' you - no one else.

Suggest you first read the NEWBIES sticky at the top of the forum index (one page back from here), get an understanding from that what this stuff is all about, then, if you need to, come back with more detail if you can't move forward from the information in the sticky.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please come back to the forum, start again at square one and don't pass 'go' until you've read the 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!' thread at the top:

I would stick with the tried and tested wording for the simple 2 stage appeal. At POPLA stage we win every time, 100% record, so follow the NEWBIES thread including how to win at POPLA in due course and you'll be fine, just like all these newbies were:

You appear to have missed all the advice already here and just posted a thread not even telling us who the ticket was from. Open your eyes and use the forum advice!

Unless the OP is away on holiday, has posted at 9.01pm three days ago and hasn't been back to check whether there have been any replies (last recorded visit to the forum 9.01pm 16/4/14).

There have been a number of posters of late doing similarly. Suggest NFA until a reappearance.

That's why I always quote their first post, as they might get a notification perhaps that they've been quoted or there is activity on the thread they are (hopefully) subscribed to.
