Now TV - old MES offer - help

At the end of March I signed up to an offer with Now TV that was detailed in the weekly newsletter. It was meant to give you a £20 John Lewis voucher in month 2.

I can't find any details online about this & I don't have the old newsletter any more. Can anyone tell me if there's anything I have to do to get the voucher or whether it will be automatic?

Hi,

I had the same issue! I contacted Now Tv in the end and it seems i didn't click on the right link!

They have done something their side so that i will get the email on how to get the voucher, so it's probably best to contact them direct. I did it by a simple online chat feature they have on their website.

I have just contacted them and was told that the voucher is emailed about 14 days after payment was made for month 2. Hope that helps.
