Does anyone know if they "lose" or not receive claims and personal details a lot?
Others have said that you should send the next one registered - this is of course a reasonable approach.
However - with it send a request to backdate to the date the original form was sent to you.
If this is refused, appeal this decision.
Do you have any evidence it was sent - this would include a letter from someone who saw you getting it ready for posting, or obviously better actually posted.
Yes, letters are lost, though it's well within the 'just delayed in the internal mail' timescale.0
