LR67, try to get hold of Paul Flowers, he knows all there is to know about banking and should be able to sort you with an account or two. If all else fails, he could also get you in touch with guys who will take your money in return for class A drugs.0

It’s not really relevant where my funds come from as I was only seeking advice on storing them, but if you must know I make all my money from gambling.
As usual the conversation ends up in a loop. As what you think doesn't matter. As others have rules to follow. I personally don't care where the money comes from. However you'll still need to prove it if I was at work.........;)0 -
6 years ago I had a turning point in my life after living on the streets without two pennies to rub together, I vowed to pick myself up and get on with life.
Young guy......
homeless.......
what do young guys sometimes end up doing for money when they are homeless?!?.........
.......
.........
:shhh: .........
to have 400 grand in the bank I'm sure you've been working your ar5e off......
they do say you should utilise your skills I suppose and how you make your money is up to you...We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

For those who think that a young person can't legitimately make a load of money, I'm afraid that you're wrong. I wrote a computer game at school that made me twice as much as my teachers earned in a year, and I made jolly sure that they knew it! Nowadays with app stores, and even simple games able to rake in a fortune very quickly, it's not really much of a stretch of the imagination.
That's just one area that I know about, but there are dozens if not hundreds of other ways to generate a lot of money irrespective of age.
Good for you, making a computer game at such a young age and turning it into a small fortune by the sounds of it!! If only more people at that age had ambition like that, the world would be a better place.
I'm slightly envious!! one area of life I wish I was better at, always been awful when it comes to ICT.
Well done!0 -
Why do you use so many exclamation marks???????Yeah you're right, it was late, my fault for not reading it properly!! Mistake corrected!!
Sorry Gadgetmind!!!!
I picture you holding down your shift key and reaching over to stab the 1 key with real anger!!!!!!!
Have you thought about turning to Jesus?0 -

Funny!!
People like you really need to get out of the house and do something with your life, instead of insulting people with pathetic statements from behind a computer screen.
Being polite and manners cost nothing in life you know.0 -
If a social tenant uses RTB to purchase their home, don't they have to live in it after purchase, for a certain period?
Are RTB rules allowing folk to purchase homes at a discount and immediately become private landlords?
I know many of the RTB homes in my area are now privately rented out, but they were purchased by their original tenants who did have the grace to continue to live in them for several years before either selling on or dying and bequeathing them to family, who sold them on or used them as income streams.
The OP seems to have a tremendous sense of entitlement.........sigh......hush-my-mouth
