PCN appeal: is giving address mandatory??

  • Thanks, yes have read all the info on here though don't find it completely coherent. I was concerned due to the so-called PCN going up (excessively) if the "appeal" was not "submitted" before 28 days.


    This was a genuine error in a very poorly (in my view) illuminated car park.


    What is the significance of non POFA compliant NTK letters you refer to may I ask?

    To rely on POFA, the scammers must comply with ALL of the reqirements of POFA, not just the bits that suit them.

    A non-compliant NtK gives you more appeal points at the POPLA stage as if it's not POFA compliant there is no keeper liability.
