Not really but, on a similar vein, I notice differences in cooked breakfasts outside of Scotland (no square sausage, no potato scone, etc).
Once on holiday in Ireland, a friend ordered a sausage supper in a chippy (expecting 2 large sausages in batter plus chips) and was surprised to get given a tray of chips with a single, small link sausage on top.0 -

Try explaining to anyone outside Scotland that a "single sausage" is actually 2 sausages
Always annoys me when Lidl do a "Scottish products" half price weekend but only in Scotland, so I dont get my half price haggis.
And also miss my battered haggis from the chippy.0 -

I'm not Scottish but I do love that stuff. I used to be able to buy it in South Oxfordshire, but I've never seen it here in Wales
And decent black pudding is hard to come by outside of the Midlands
