Free calls and texts between same mobiles?

Does anybody know if there is a contract or PAYG that would allow free calls and texts either way between the same two mobiles on the same provider? I'm on O2 and pay about £7.50 a month for family and friends bolt-on so I would expect to pay a contract tariff, just wondering if there's an alternative out there.

Calls and texts are free to any other giffgaff members if you top up at least once every 3 months.

Giffgaff to giffgaff calls are free. They operate on o2, so your coverage should remain the same.
I think a lot of the MVNO operators offer this type of thing.

icardmobile is a PAYG service that allows an unlimited number free calls to other icardmobile numbers, with each call free for up to 10 minutes. Unusually, this doesn't require any regular minimum top-up - you just need a credit balance so add £5 credit to each SIM and get free calls for as long as you want (you'll need to make a chargeable call every few months to keep the SIMs active).

Unfortunately this doesn't extend to free texts so this may rule them out.

All Phone Co-op mobile bundles include unlimited free calls and texts to other phone co-op mobile numbers, but the cheapest bundle rate is £10/month which only provides 200 mins and unlimited texts, so still probably likely to be a better deal elsewhere, depending on what other usage in addition to the free same network calls and texts you're after.

These are free for most virtual PAYG networks.

White Mobile is free within network and is the cheapest in relation to other charges eg data, calls to landlines, calls to other networks.

Giffgaff are the most expensive of the virtual PAYG networks (assuming you don't use bundles).
