Orange tariff too much, downgrade possible?

been on Orange (Dolphin 35 Aug Extended Plan) for 6 months and regularly have 300-400 minutes leftover which then rollover (often resulting in 900 minutes!!) basically due to my new job i never use it much other than phoning my girlfriend who is my magic number! i think i need 150 mins and 300 texts. but i have 12 months remaining on this contract! can i phone orange and ask them to change my tariff to a cheaper one?

Call them and ask! (sorry to state the obvious). I'm on 3 and you can upgrade anytime (typical!) but to down grade you need to be halfway through and 3 charge to do this, but it would be worth you while from what you have said.0
