  • Same thing happened to me for 23k went to withdraw my winnings to be told the withdrawal had been cancelled and to send verification. Betvictor have now said i use duplicate accounts which is totally false i had only just opened the account 2 days prior as i am a regular at grosvenor the have now confiscated my winnings and suspended my account shower of crooks they should be closed down.

    Hope you hadn't layed it all off. I never keep a 5 figure balance at any book, they aren't banks and as you found out they can quote ts and cs and you have little in the way of disproving. Some books even say one account per IP address - given how addresses are distributed and unless you have a static IP, its impossible to know when signing up. I'm guessing you play there for the bonuses as VC's odds are sh*t. Books have a variety of ways of detecting multi accounts, iesnare used to be a big one.

    Get on SBR, twitter, facebook, licenser, BMR. For £23k you'll probably have a fight on your hands so may need to go the legal route.

    I started this thread quite a while ago, personally I forgot about it - not sure if that person involved has forgotten about it as well or not, but I know he gave up on the option of suing them, simply because of the high costs involved (solicitor fees) as well as the fact he's not living in Gibraltar so he just took it as a loss I guess (not 100% sure) ... sad story.
