Get the "free" bb in writing.

They are known to say BB is free, but there's a "supplement" for not having the TV of £2.50 a month.

I only have the free BB deal from Sky for 12 months after 12 months free from O2 no charges at all . Doubtful whether I will continue once the 12 months is up as Sky BB is not as stable as O2 which was rock solid and always near the max as only 800 metres from the exchange .

Apparently folk like us who had the 12 months free sub should automatically rolled over on the the half price offer for 12 months. (Apparently sky recognises that full price is too much of a jump in cost.) However for 600 people this will not apply for reasons they didn't explain.

Maybe people who have already given their 30 day notice?

I was wondering where 600 people had been mentioned. By Sky, in a news report ?

I'm glad I found this thread.
I got a letter through to say my tv service would be half price, so 16£.
Rang them up to complain that they had charged me full price and threaten to leave.
They offered me the 16£ a month tv package and 15.40 for broadband and weekend calls. I see others are paying 7.70. Do you have weekend calls?
    Thanks!

    Sky Talk includes weekend calls.

Sky tells me they are not offering the 7.70 offer. I have switched to the MSE EE offer.
