I'm trying to buy some Zloty online with the above website, each time I try to register I get an error saying "We were unable to sufficiently verify your identity. Please check the details." At this stage they don't even know my card details so how do they know something is incorrect? The card is registered to the address I'm entering and all the details are correct. The error message doesn't direct me to where the issue lies.

Perhaps they cannot associate you with your address and the card isn't the issue?
Check the exact format, postcode, etc.0 -
Check the address to match which records?

That it's in the exact same format as the official Royal Mail postcode list for example0
