Maybe get rid of the bit about 'idiots', just think, would you be happy to be in court and have this letter read out?0

I agree with da_rule about the idiot word - that was just for your eyes - I will amend my post in case anyone else may use the wording and inadvertently leave it in.
I would just suggest a bit of shuffling of the contents so that you end the letter with the "I consider this matter is now closed" as follows in the quote boxFlying_girl wrote: »Dear Excel and Rossendales Collect
Thank you for your reply, however, I re-iterate that I have discharged my liability under POFA and below are the reasons why you do not have the right to continue to pursue me;
The right to claim unpaid parking charges from the keeper of the vehicle under POFA 2012 Schedule 4 is not about sending out invoices and debt collector letters, anyone with no legal rights to do so can do that, it is about having the legal right to pursue the keeper through the courts.

You should now pursue the driver, who has not received any notification of this charge in their own right. Excel should therefore now issue a notice to driver to the named driver at the address I have supplied you with.
If you continue to take this further and initiate a claim against me, it will be defended in full. Part of the defence will be your refusal to accept the driver details given to you, which is a direct breach of POFA 2012. I will also pursue you for harassment.
I consider that this matter is now closed.
Yours faithfully0 -
Thanks so much, I will amend the letter and send to both Excel, Rossendales collect and Dave at BPA.
I'll keep you posted

The BPA's stance on this is bordering on...what's the word??!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
