EE Issues + Advice

Hey all, New to the forum and wanted to ask a few things about Mobile Phone contracts.

I have a 4g EE 24month mobile phone plan, since around November 2013.

I have to say I am pretty dissapointed with the network. Before starting the plan I checked the EE website for network coverage in my area, It showed good 3G coverage all over my town and surrounding area. I took the 4G plan as I work all over and find the 4G experience very good when in supporting areas.

However, I often find I am missing calls/Texts when at home due to poor coverage, more often than not I dont get a 3G signal where I live (even outside) and this is the same for my work provided mobile which is now with EE, I still have my old vodaphone sim on PAYG and regularly check the coverage on it which is easily twice as strong a signal usualy.

Is there anything I can do about this? I would complain but these big company's usually don't care now that Im signed up, the network is rubbish, had total outages the last few weeks at one or two points, and to top it off just received a letter form EE saying their putting my charge up by 2.7%.

Wish I had never switched to them.

TIA
John

Nothing unless the signal was good when you took the contact and then deteriorated later.

That's what cooling off period exists for (or free PAYG sim cards can be used for).
