If your other devices are also disconnecting, then it's obviously an issue with your internet connection, line, or wireless connection, not with the PC.
Windows Firewall via Control Panel> Security Center.

I think that it signifies that it is a Packard Bell with the Cuba MS - 7301 Motherboard.

Though usually it will have a name, such as iMedia J9678.

Best to double check.

You can run CPU-Z to confirm the Motherboard and the BIOS version.

I've tried downloading CPU-Z but a message appears that reads 'this system doesn't have the minimum requirements'

Have you tried doing a system restore to a restore point dated before you had this trouble?
This would eliminate any software problem that might be causing the problem.
